As a distance contract, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding it, without giving reasons, under art. 9 of Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.
You can do so online, through the form on this site, or by writing to contact@casamunty.ro. The online form is provided under art. 11^1 of the same ordinance. We confirm receipt by email.
When you press Start, you expressly ask us to begin performance before the 14 days expire and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal for the part performed, under art. 16(a) of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.
If you withdraw after charging has started, you owe the value of the energy already delivered, in proportion to what you received, under art. 14(3) of the same ordinance. The rest is returned to you.
Normally the refund is automatic and in energy: you receive a new link for the unused amount, valid for 10 days. If you would rather have the money than the energy, write to us and we refund the corresponding sum.
If the payment succeeded but charging could not start for reasons related to the station or to our system, we refund the full amount paid.
Refunds are made to the card used for the payment, through the payment processor, within 14 days of us becoming aware of the request at the latest. We charge no cancellation fee.
