The contract is between the customer and Starcode Innovators SRL. The company provides the service and issues the fiscal document for the payment.
Starcode Innovators SRL is not registered for VAT, under the small-business exemption in art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code. Displayed prices are final.
Your payment buys energy for charging an electric vehicle at the Casa Munty station. The rate is 1.65 RON per kWh delivered and is shown before payment, as required by Regulation (EU) 2023/1804 on alternative fuels infrastructure.
A payment is between 50 and 100 RON, made by card. No account and no subscription are required.
The amount of energy available is calculated from the sum paid and rounded down, so that the value of the energy never exceeds the amount paid.
The link you receive after payment is valid for 72 hours.
A session ends when you press Stop, when all the energy you paid for has been used, or after 6 hours from the start at the latest.
The station has a single connector and serves one car at a time. If it is in use, your link remains valid for the rest of its validity period.
The cable stays locked in the vehicle until the session is stopped. The locking mechanism is controlled by the vehicle.
If you stop the session before using all the energy you paid for, the remaining energy stays available to you.
You automatically receive a new link for the remaining amount, at the same email address. The new link is valid for 10 days from issue.
No new link is issued for amounts below 0.2 kWh.
The energy delivered is determined by the station's meter, as the difference between the reading at the start and at the end of the session.
That value is shown in real time on the session page and is the basis for calculating the energy used.
Charging power and duration depend on the vehicle, the cable and the electrical installation. We do not guarantee a particular power or duration. Billing is based on the energy measured by the station.
We are not liable for faults in the customer's vehicle or cable, or for interruptions in the public electricity network. Continuous availability of the station is not guaranteed.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
The contract is governed by Romanian law. The Romanian version of these documents is the authoritative one; translations are provided for understanding.
