Your email address, to send the charging link and the session report. Your registration plate, to identify the car at the station and on the payment record.
Session data: start and stop times, energy delivered, and the power measured by the station's meter.
The legal basis is performance of the contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, for providing the service, and our legal, accounting and tax obligations, art. 6(1)(c).
Netopia Payments processes the payment. Your card details do not reach us and are not stored by us.
Brevo sends the emails. Cloudflare hosts the application and the database, within the European Union.
We do not sell data and do not use it for marketing. We send no newsletters.
We use a single cookie, which remembers the language you chose so you do not have to choose it again on every page. It has no tracking purpose and contains no personal data.
We use no advertising cookies and do no profiling.
Payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Technical charging-session data is kept for 24 months.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Write to contact@casamunty.ro and we answer within 30 days at the latest.
