Nothing physical is shipped.
Once the payment is confirmed, you receive a personal charging link by email, at the address entered in the form.
After connecting the car to the station, you open the link on your phone and start the charging session.
The link is sent automatically once the processor confirms the payment. It normally arrives in under a minute.
The system runs continuously and does not depend on the guesthouse's opening hours.
If the email is not in your inbox, check the spam folder as well. The sender is contact@casamunty.ro.
Write to contact@casamunty.ro with the email address used for the payment and the registration plate. We resend the link, and if we cannot deliver it we refund the full amount.
Delivery is free. There are no delivery, processing or link-issuing fees.
